Business Development - Sales Support

What you do
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other tools to support sales teams
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide tailored support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
- Provide sales training and support to help sales teams build their skills and knowledge
Who you are
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a strong focus on supporting others
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

任职资格:
1. 本科或以上学历,英语六级
2. 熟悉银行基本的产品知识和业务流程
3. 0-3年企业银行相关的工作经验
