Making a difference isn’t just our purpose, it’s what motivates our people every day. For us, work is not about ticking a box. It’s about knowing that it matters. We make a meaningful difference every day by making it easier for our customers to focus on what matters in their lives.

In your Relationship Associate role, you will become a trusted advisor, influence customer outcomes, and play a key role in our Queensland team.

  • Champion the voice of your customers by providing valuable feedback that enhances service delivery.
  • Monitor, report and celebrate the success of your portfolio while continually looking for ways to improve customer engagement.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence presenting to both small and large audiences.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.

  • Resilience, initiative and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A current unrestricted clean driver's licence.
  • Ability to travel by plane for 1 week every 3 to 4 weeks to far north Queensland or inter-state to another MMS office location, most likely Chatswood (Sydney.)

Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, financial services or a similar relationship management environment will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in people who have built successful careers in customer engagement and account management within a service provider organisation.

We believe our people do their best work when they're equipped with the right tools and supported to succeed. You'll receive:

  • Fully maintained company vehicle.
  • Company phone and laptop.
  • The autonomy to manage your own portfolio.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • The chance to make a genuine impact with some of Australia's leading employer partners.
