About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing reinsurance team. This role is critical to supporting our sales and underwriting operations by managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the placement process.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, excellent written communication skills, and proven experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming client and broker email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review submissions and compile relevant information from multiple sources and document formats into Hubspot.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client, prospect, and transaction data within HubSpot.
  • Prepare and issue quotations using approved templates and standard terms where submissions fall within established underwriting parameters.
  • Escalate submissions, requests, or exceptions that fall outside predefined guidelines to the appropriate management team for review.
  • Conduct regular follow-up communications with clients and brokers until an offer is accepted, declined, or expires.
  • Upon acceptance, record all agreed terms and conditions and request the placement slip from the client or broker.
  • Review placement slips for completeness and forward them to the appropriate department for signing and stamping.
  • Once the signed slip is returned, distribute it to the broker promptly.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all correspondence, documentation, and transaction activity throughout the entire sales and placement lifecycle via Hubspot.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience with the HubSpot CRM system is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and professional correspondence.
  • Previous experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a similar sales support role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the finance, reinsurance or insurance industry.
  • Experience handling high volumes of email correspondence and Hubspot CRM data managemen
