Key tasks and responsibilities
Lead and execute change initiatives and enhancement projects
Analyze business requirements, perform data analysis, and propose solutions/designs
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and the onshore development team
Organize, execute, and support testing and training activities
Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation
Essential skills and qualifications
Excellent expertise in SAP FS‑ RI (Base and Risk Manager Non‑ Life), including closing processes, and data model understanding.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a reinsurance business analyst and subject matter expert in SAP FS-RI
Minimum one cycle End‑ to‑ end implementation experience SAP FS-RI
Able to work independently and deliver changes/projects with minimal guidance
Highly client‑ focused team player with strong collaboration skills
Fluent in English (required); German or Italian are a plus (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
Desired skills and qualifications
SAP BW, SAP FS‑ CD, ABAP or financial accounting expertise is a strong advantage
Portuguese language skills are a plus
SAP FI expertise including ALE knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Azure
