Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Reinsurance Broker Support team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Reinsurance Broker Support position involves providing essential back-up duties for brokers, closely collaborating with Account Executives and the accounting team to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients. The role includes data review, document production, use of electronic broking systems, and client service accountability.

We will count on you to:

• Assist colleagues with the review of data on various Excel spreadsheets
• Support the production of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations
• Use front-end electronic broking systems as required
• Catalogue email correspondence according to company processes
• Accurately input data into internal systems
• Produce placement slips to current standards and stay familiar with market trends
• Produce Evidence of Covers within the GC standard 30-day timeframe
• Negotiate with reinsurers during the quotation and placement process
• Maintain quotesheets and marketsheets in Excel throughout the placement progress
• Be accountable for all aspects of service and support for your clients
• Adhere to company and departmental procedures

What you need to have:

• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in reinsurance is highly welcomed
