Job specification:
Installation, tying, and positioning of concrete reinforcement (rebar) according to technical drawings.
Welding tasks using method 135 (MAG) in accordance with project requirements.
Preparation of steel reinforcement elements and components. Cooperation with crane operators and riggers during material handling (if licensed).
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and proper use of equipment. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and reinforcement layouts.
Performing work tasks independently and responsibly.
Maintaining tools, equipment, and work area in proper condition.
Candidate Requirement
Very good health condition suitable for Category 3 (risks: noise, ultraviolet radiation).
Vocational training in the field is an advantage.
Proof of work experience (minimum 2 years).
Welding license certificate of completion of the basic welding course for method 135, with the possibility of later extension to a welders certificate according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-1 and ČSN EN ISO 17760-1.
Responsible approach to work.
Experience and ability in tying concrete reinforcement.
Crane license is an advantage.
Steel Fixer/Rebar Worker Qualification is an advantage.
Ability to read and work with technical drawings.
English speaker.
Willingness to learn basic Czech words and terminology.
