A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Revenue Cycle Systems Specialist
The Revenue Cycle System Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems that support billing and reimbursement operations for a national independent laboratory. This position performs day-to-day system administration activities, including system implementations, upgrades, testing, and configuration changes, while maintaining workflows, payer and provider records, forms, letters, print schedules, and other critical system support files. In this role you will support payer portal administration, user access management, dashboard development, and ad hoc reporting to drive operational efficiency and support reimbursement team objectives.
