Reimagination Architect – Enterprise AI Transformation
The Mission

Your mandate is to dismantle legacy operating models across major corporate functions and rebuild them around autonomous agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and intelligent orchestration. Forget traditional linear automation; you will design how humans and cognitive machines collaborate at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Future-State Vision & Blueprinting
Architect the target operating models for client organizations by designing environments where AI agents serve as primary team members, executors, and orchestrators. You will systematically dismantle rigid, linear workflows to rebuild dynamic, AI-native processes from the ground up. Crucially, you will define Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) frameworks, mapping out the precise boundaries where autonomous machine execution ends and critical human judgment, empathy, and strategic oversight begin.
