  • Required to monitor consumer adherence to schedule and facility guidelines.
  • Reports community activity to charge nurse and responsible to document any unusual activity or behaviors.
  • Works under direction of the Nurse Supervisor as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment. Various hours.

Examples of duties

  • High School Diploma/GED. Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Qualifications

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Shift differential - .50 second /third shift, $1.50 weekend
