Who are Ariya Neuro Care?
Ariya Neuro Care supports individuals that have acquired a brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence, with the aim to return home or to more independent living.
All of our inspected services are rated ‘Outstanding’ in all 5 areas by CQC, which is a very rare achievement!

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and we are not necessarily looking for those with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. What we would like is a variety of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, and love working in a positive, creative team. A place they can thrive!
This is a role based in our residential service in our Worsbrough, Barnsley. The role involves working on a varied rota (which is set monthly) and will include evening and weekend work. It will also include personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.
We prefer to promote internally and have excellent career development opportunities to support you in your role, including monthly staff awards and a management training programme that everyone is encouraged to complete.
