Rehabilitation Support Staff opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Rehabilitatin Support Staff position.The Rehab support staff member acts as receptionist / scheduler to outpatient physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Performs clerical duties such as answering phones, insurance authorization for new patients, typing forms, filing, logging daily patient work, greets patients, schedules appointments and provides patients with the appropriate examination “prep forms”, and participates in quality improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensures/Certification/Registrations: Current BCLS certification
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate most standard office equipment, attention to detail, strong time management skills, discernment and good judgment in sharing information and maintaining confidentiality, and flexibility to adapt to a variety of workload assignments
• Experience: One year clerical experience preferred, but not required
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
