Rehabilitation-Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager, evaluates, plans, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their home.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BS Degree in physical therapy (PT)
• 2 years of clinical experience with a varied patient population
• Current state PT license
• CPR certification
