The Opportunity

We are seeking a Rehabilitation & Injury Management Advisor to play a key role in supporting injury management and rehabilitation outcomes across our business. In this role, you will partner with injured employees, operational leaders and medical practitioners to facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with an Allied Health background and experience in Injury Management, Rehabilitation, or Return to Work, who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to employee wellbeing while supporting operational success.

What You'll Do

  • Provide end-to-end injury management and return-to-work support for employees recovering from workplace injuries.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored return-to-work plans that support positive recovery outcomes.
  • Engage with injured workers throughout their recovery journey, providing guidance, support, and education.
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide advice, coaching, and best-practice injury management support.
  • Liaise with treating medical practitioners, allied health providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate case management records and ensure timely communication with all parties involved.

About You

You are a strong communicator who can build credibility and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You are empathetic, proactive, and solution-focused, with the ability to balance employee wellbeing with operational requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Allied Health background with experience in Injury Management, Rehabilitation, or Return to Work processes.
  • Sound understanding of injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence positive outcomes.
  • Experience working with operational leaders, injured workers, medical practitioners, and external service providers.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and case management skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
