About the Role

As WA Team Leader – Exercise Physiology, you'll lead a team of Exercise Physiologists working predominantly within the Worker's Compensation space delivering high-quality, patient-focused care, while driving clinical excellence and operational performance across our WA clinics. About You

  • A degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent), with full ESSA membership and accreditation.
  • At least 5 years' clinical experience in exercise physiology.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a team, with a track record of supporting professional development.
  • Experience contributing to the growth of EP services or a similar allied health offering.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills — you're comfortable being the face of the service internally and externally.

  • Proficient computer and technology skills.
