About the Role

You’ll support clients through their recovery journey using a client-centred, evidence-based approach that promotes health, function, and safe return to work.

You can expect variety and purpose in managing a diverse caseload of clients across Workers Compensation, CTP, and WHS assessments, with a strong focus on functional and workplace capacity.

Your days will be dynamic, balancing client visits, collaborative sessions, and stakeholder engagement, all with the flexibility to design your week around what works best for you.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience within a Occupational Rehab Consultant position is highly desirable
• A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
• AHPRA registration
• Full driver’s licence + access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great outcomes
