Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Rehabilitation Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Advanced Practice Team, with a highly competitive salary range up to £65,000 depending on experience.

This is a Monday – Friday, 9 – 5 role, with some flexibility available (dependent on needs of service).

Our CCL rehabilitation service provides world-class care for patients recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Injury, stroke, complex trauma, and major surgery, as well as neurological conditions like Parkinsons disease. As a highly skilled and experienced practitioner you will provide strategic clinical insight across the entire patient pathway. In this role, you will be a clinical practitioner collaborating closely with our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and ward staff to ensure a seamless, coordinated, and timely approach to rehabilitation. Alongside the Clinical Educator and Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting benchmarks for excellence in nursing practice.

What will your duties include:

  • Work within the MDT to deliver expert care to patients, focusing on promoting independence and engagement throughout their recovery.

  • Provide specialist advice to Neurologically/otherwise impaired patients and their families to improve clinical outcomes influencing care and treatment.

  • Provide effective hands-on nursing care, supervision, and education for clients and carers with complex rehabilitation needs.

  • Partner with the wider healthcare team to maintain a high-standard, patient-centered environment that fosters optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

What we need from you:

  • Nursing Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required, with no restrictions to practice required.

  • Post graduate qualification within speciality required.

  • Recognised mentoring qualification required.

  • Non-Medical Prescribing Course required for specialty.

  • Extensive experience working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with demonstrable clinical expertise within the speciality required.
