Rehabilitation Aide

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation process
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress notes
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions
• Follow all healthcare protocols and confidentiality standards

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist patients with mobility as needed
