Manages clinical colleagues and the processes that govern physical, occupational, speech, and athletic therapy departments. Manages the daily operations of the clinic. Manages and monitors insurance authorizations and denials. Manages all human resource management functions (including staffing, hiring, coaching/counseling, performance management and reviews, disciplinary action up to and including termination), purchasing and finance functions, timecard approval, financial recovery tasks, patient satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, program development, as well as other administrative duties. Assists with the planning, development, and implementation of clinic programs, services, and systems. Ensures all regulatory standards are met including clinical care, billing, and documentation. Provides patient care per their professional license. This position reports to the Director and will oversee physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapist assistants, athletic trainers, speech therapists, and rehab business office coordinators (in the absence of the Rehab Business Office Manager).
