The annual base salary range for this position:
zł102,000.00 - zł152,400.00
Individual pay will be based on various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
Regulatory Systems Support
Product Stewardship (PS) IT is the central tool that enables product HSSE regulatory compliance for Shell. Compliance is critically dependent on the integrity of the data that are maintained in our IT applications. Failure to meet product regulatory requirements can result in fines and damage to Shell’s reputation.
This role supports the Regulatory Systems Lead to ensure compliance with a range of regulatory requirements for the Shell legal entities in the European Union, Turkey, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Accountabilities include:
Monitoring ECHA/REACH-IT mailboxes for all communications and notifications
Updating Draft Decisions Tracking Spreadsheet with ECHA-related communication received
Maintaining records in Whopper (database holding administrative details of Shell’s REACH registrations)
Renewing and distributing ECHA Manager Passwords and 2nd User ECHA Passwords
Submitting Poison Centre Notifications (EU PCN, Swiss BAG)
Sending all REACH, GB REACH, KKDIK Supplier related communications and logging responses
Traffic Light Review checks for audit purposes on regular basis
Monthly Procurement Analysis Reports
Monitoring Swiss and Turkish imports
Operate Compliant Procurement tools
We are looking for candidates with a background in:
Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders across many different sites and cultures, virtually
Strong administrative capacities
Attention to details
Strong communication skills
Fluent English for both spoken and written communication.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power BI etc., is highly desirable.
Understating of Reach ECHA will be an asset.
Experience in using SAP, preferably the SAP Environmental, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) package will be an asset
