Auckland Council’s Building Consent team currently have a permanent, full-time Regulatory Support Officer position available, based at our Auckland CBD hub.
You will have the opportunity to use your solid organisational and administration skills to provide process support, ensuring the smooth running of our end-to-end consenting processes for our building consent department. This is a customer-focused role that will allow you to be part of our hardworking and supportive team environment.
Our team strives to provide the best quality service possible to our customers. With a “can do” attitude there are real progression opportunities for you within the team and wider Auckland Council. This is a role that sits in a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines and working at pace delivering quality outcomes.

He kōrero mōu: About you
To be successful in this role you will be system savvy, able to easily adapt to new technology, and have previous experience in administration. Your excellent communication skills will help you excel in this customer-focused role. A proactive nature along with your great attention to detail and understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc) will strengthen your application. Having a good understanding of building legislation and previous SAP experience would make your application stand out.

The remuneration for this role is $60,216 - $62,000 per annum (Based on skills & experience)
Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
