Auckland Council’s Building Consents team is seeking a Regulatory Support Officer to join their Auckland Central office on a permanent basis. This position reports directly to the Team Leader.
You will have the opportunity to use your solid organisational and administrative skills to provide process support, ensuring the smooth running of our end-to-end consenting processes for our building consent department. This is a customer-focused role that will allow you to be part of our hardworking and supportive team environment. You’ll also be involved in the important behind-the-scenes work that ensures data integrity, accuracy, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.

This is a role in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, where you’ll work at pace to deliver quality outcomes while adhering to regulatory requirements. He kōrero mōu: About you
To be successful in this role you will be system savvy, able to easily adapt to new technology, and have previous experience in administration. Your excellent communication skills will help you excel in this customer-focused role. A proactive nature along with your great attention to detail and understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc) will strengthen your application. Having a good understanding of building legislation and previous SAP experience would make your application stand out.

Remuneration range $60,216 - $62,000 per annum (Based on skills and experience)
Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
