Job Description

• Provide regulatory planning, permitting, and compliance support
• Support administrative, data management, and regulatory workflows
• Assist with environmental review and permitting at local, state, and federal levels
• Prepare, submit, and track regulatory filings, notifications, and reports
• Maintain regulatory databases, tracking tools, and document repositories
• Ensure records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
• Support compliance with internal environmental and regulatory procedures
• Coordinate collection and analysis of regulatory metrics
• Support project execution to ensure permitting requirements are integrated and met

• 3+ years of regulatory, permitting, or compliance experience in oil & gas
• Experience with environmental and regulatory processes at multiple jurisdiction levels
• Strong organizational and data management skills
• Ability to work within established procedures and workflows
• Ability to support multiple projects and deadlines

• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members
• Makes decisions within established guidelines
