As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the design and delivery of transformation initiatives that help our clients strengthen compliance frameworks, modernize their technology landscape, and improve operational efficiency.

You will work at the intersection of business, regulation, and technology, collaborating with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tangible outcomes.

Your key Responsibilities, you will:

• Support clients in the assessment, design, and implementation of compliance and regulatory transformation programs.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into business and operational impacts.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives involving process optimization, automation, data governance, and technology enablement.
• Participate in the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support project management activities, including planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination across workstreams.
• Assist clients in improving operational processes and internal controls.
• Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, presentations, and executive reports.
• Monitor regulatory and market developments relevant to the financial services industry.
• Participate in business development initiatives, proposal writing, and thought leadership activities (Senior Consultant level).

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

As a Consultant:

• You hold a Master’s degree from a leading university or business/engineering school in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• You bring 1–4 years of professional experience gained in consulting, financial services, compliance, risk management, or technology transformation initiatives.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• You have an excellent presentation and report-writing skills.

As a Senior Consultant:

• You hold a Master’s degree from a leading university or business/engineering school in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• You hold over 4 years of relevant professional experience acquired in top-tier consulting environments or within highly regulated industries. Proven experience leading workstreams and managing client interactions.
• You have a proven experience leading workstreams and managing client interactions.
• You have the ability to structure complex problems and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• You have experience mentoring junior team members.
