Job Description

As a Regulatory Reports Analyst under the Finance Accounting Department (FAD), you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports to regulatory bodies such as the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC). You will also support financial reporting, compliance requirements, and automation initiatives while contributing to the team’s overall goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Prepare and submit BSP and PDIC regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compute and process PDIC premium payments and related reports.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements in the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) format.
  • Support reconciliation of Regulatory Financial Statements versus Audited Financial Statements.
  • Assist in preparing schedules and disclosures for regulatory examinations and external audits.
  • Contribute to the automation and enhancement of reporting systems and processes.
  • Carry out accounting procedures for Overseas Offices and International Banking Units as needed.
  • Provide support to the Regulatory Reporting Unit Head and Department Head in achieving organizational goals.

What Sets You Apart

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with report automation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in regulatory reporting, audit, or financial accounting is an advantage.
