Job Description

At Swissquote, we’re all in.

All in to shake things up. All in to build the bank people actually want to use. All in to make finance less boring — and a lot more powerful.

We’re Switzerland’s leading digital bank — 1,400+ people across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, building real financial solutions for over a million clients worldwide. From trading and investing to everyday banking, we cover the full picture. We move fast, but we build things we’re genuinely proud of. Have a look behind the scenes by checking Humans of Swissquote on Instagram.

Growing fast creates room. Room to try things, own things, and grow at a pace most places can’t offer. Whether you like the spotlight or prefer to just put your head down and do great work, there’s space for both here.

We’ve ditched the dress code — but never the chance to celebrate. Big win or small, we make it count. The kind of place where the atmosphere takes care of itself.

As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to join our team and contribute to our shared success.

Feeling it? It’s a good start. Apply.

Join our Finance team as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist and help us build scalable, high-quality regulatory reporting processes that support our continued expansion. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory reporting for the Group to the SNB and FINMA. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead regulatory reporting initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and the development of a centralized regulatory database

  • Monitor regulatory developments and proactively adapt reporting processes and requirements to implement new regulatory requirements and reports
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports for both the Bank and the Group (e.g., SNB statistical reports, FINMA regulatory reporting)
  • Perform data quality checks and controls to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all regulatory submissions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SNB inquiries and coordinating the Group’s SNB audit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics/Finance or related
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss Banking regulatory framework and ability to connect operational data with strategic reporting objectives
  • 3-5 years of experience gained in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency of MS Excel. T24, SQL and Python is an advantage
  • Experience with a regulatory reporting solution (FiRE, Mercury or equivalent)
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across teams
