Are you motivated by operational excellence, problem solving, and turning complex data into high-quality regulatory outcomes? Do you enjoy collaborating across teams, contributing to continuous improvements, and building deep knowledge of SEB’s trading products and processes? Are you driven to analyze vast trade reporting data, perform reporting controls and reconciliations to boost the quality of SEB’s reportable data?
If yes – this role in Regulatory Reporting Department might be your next step!
About the Role
Department consists of two production teams responsible for daily control processes, as well as an Analytics & Development team. We are the final control point before regulatory disclosure, performing pre‑ and post‑reporting controls to ensure accurate, complete and timely reporting.
As a Regulatory Reporting Operations Specialist, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team of experienced professionals working across several regulatory frameworks. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high‑quality regulatory reporting under various jurisdictions (SFTR, MiFID II, DFA, EMIR, MAS and Central Banks). This includes investigating reporting breaks, driving corrective actions, and collaborating closely with Product Operations, Business stakeholders and Tech teams.
The role requires independence, analytical thinking and accountability when handling complex cases and regulatory risks, and is well‑suited for professionals ready to move beyond execution and take ownership of complex regulatory reporting topics and continuous improvements. Working at the final stage of the reporting chain will also give you strong end‑to‑end insight into trade flows and trading products, from source systems to regulatory disclosure.
