RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform 2nd review check to verify accuracy/sign off of information/report;
• Escalate queries for information where necessary and access relevant files;
• Sharing knowledge/using initiative/mentoring and monitoring any updates from regulatory authorities & deliver to team;
• Perform oversight on external vendor for the regulated AD entity;
• Providing training to more junior team members and buddy system for new joiners;
• Comply with data integrity and security policies;
• Report to team lead on information requests, progress and issues;
• Working autonomously and taking responsibility for the team at times;
• Contribution to process improvements and automation;
• Contribution to improvement of training material/client notes/processes/PPD’s;
• Representing team on client calls/escalation/autonomy for any errors/issues;
• Management/oversight of information on trackers/factsheets and computer systems.

SPECIFICS TO THE ROLE:

• Stepping up when Supervisor/Manager is absent;
• 2nd reviews and management of tracker;
• Knowledge of issuing communications/feedback from both CSSF & BCL as main regulators;
• Point of contact for Ops teams for queries/new business;
• Monitoring KPI’s and supporting to design governance framework for external vendor;

Your PROFILE:

• You hold a degree in regulatory law or Compliance;
• You must have at least 5 years’ experience in Regulatory Services or Regulatory Reporting (preferably in European regulatory);
• You show high interest in regulatory and compliance topics;
• Very good communications skills;
• You are fluent in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
• You like working in a team and you are able to think outside of the box;
• You are a results-oriented person;
• You combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail.
• You hold a degree in regulatory law or Compliance;
