Regulatory Reporting Associate (FF4)
Group Finance Regulatory, Governance and Advisory department
As Regulatory Reporting associate, your main responsibilities will be to:
· Prepare regulatory reporting for Euroclear Bank, Euroclear SA and Euroclear Holding, this may include
Statutory and consolidated reporting under IFRS/BGAAP (FINREP) and Capital Requirements Regulation-related reporting (COREP, Leverage, Legal Lending Limits, Liquidity, Asset Encumbrance, …), resolution related reporting (MREL, yearly LDT, …);
· Follow-up the evolution of the regulation applicable to the relevant entities of the group (covering reporting standards and prudential matters) and perform ad hoc impact analysis in close collaboration with other divisions where applicable;
· Take an active role in the preparation of the Annual Reports of several entities of the Euroclear group;
· Take an active role to the follow-up of corporate events and assessment of reporting impacts;
· Participate to the reporting to the workers’council, as well as surveys for the BNB, EBA, ECB, Febelfin and other stakeholders;
· Contribute to projects related to the continuous evolution of the group’s financial infrastructure. This evolution can be triggered by changes in the applicable rules and regulations, new products/services offered by the group, corporate events or technical upgrades. It includes the enhancement of data flows, reporting architecture, automation and digital capabilities;
· Support continuous improvement initiatives around efficiency, automation, data flows;
· Assist internal and external auditors;
· Document policies and procedures.
Your Profile:
· 2-4 years in an accounting/reporting function;
· Interest in accounting and reporting regulations (CRR, BRRD, ITS);
· Very good analytical skills, and eager to contribute to operational reporting duties and continuous improvement;
· Able to work independently and as part of a team ;
· Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, SQL, PowerBI, knowledge in reporting softwares;
· Fluent in English, and Dutch or French;
· Good knowledge of accounting theory and principles (IFRS and Belgian GAAP), preferably in a banking environment;
· Control minded.
