Your new role

As a Regulatory Professional II in Rare Endocrine Diorders team, you will contribute by execution of global regulatory strategies across the product lifecycle. You will support regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and labelling activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Research & Development and global markets.

You will work closely with colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Global Safety, Medical Affairs, Quality, Legal, and other functions to ensure high-quality regulatory deliverables that support successful product development and lifecycle management.

As a Regulatory Professional II, you will:

• Support the planning, preparation, and submission of regulatory dossiers to health authorities globally.
• Contribute to execute regulatory strategies and submission planning for key development and lifecycle management activities.
• Support interactions with health authorities, including preparation of meeting packages, briefing documents, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of core labelling documents, including CCDS, European labelling, and US labelling.
• Support regulatory activities related to marketing authorisations, renewals, post-approval changes, paediatric submissions, and pharmacovigilance documentation.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely regulatory deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify new ways of conducting regulatory business.
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the Regulatory Affairs community.

In Research & Development, you'll be part of Regulatory unit that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. We combine curiosity, AI tools, and human data to develop transformative therapies. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.

You will join the Rare Endocrine team within RA RED, Obesity & Cardiometabolic Health team within Global Regulatory Affairs Bangalore, reporting to the Associate Director, RA RED Obesity & Cardiometabolic Health. We focus on delivering high-quality regulatory submissions, continuously improving our processes, and engaging cross-functionally to bring safe and effective therapies to patients within Rare, Obesity & Cardiometabolic Health worldwide.

Your skills & qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and regulatory science.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and lifecycle management activities.
• Knowledge of labelling development and health authority interactions.
• Understanding of the drug development process and the R&D value chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in areas such as regulatory intelligence, pharmacovigilance, clinical development, non-clinical development, patient access, digital health, or real-world evidence will be considered an advantage.
