The System Hardening and Underground Program is dedicated to reducing wildfire risk by strengthening our electric distribution system in high fire-threat areas. The Manager of Regulatory Operations is a new positions designed to support the expanding regulatory activities of the System Hardening and Underground Program. This leader will oversee the preparation and distribution of data responses, and support the filings for multiple regulatory proceedings, including the Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP), General Rate Case (GRC), Wildfire Mitigation and Catastrophic Events (WMCE), and the 10-Year Electrical Underground Plan (EUP).
The Manager will lead a team of analysts responsible for coordinating, visualizing, and implementing regulatory requirements, ensuring PG&E remains compliant, achieves full cost recovery, and strengthens its wildfire mitigation programs.

The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.
The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
