To support the day-to-day operations of the operations business division providing insights and expertise that help more senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities

In your role as a Regulatory Operations Analyst, you will play a critical part in safeguarding client assets by supporting key Regulatory Reporting submissions and strengthening the control framework that underpins our regulatory obligations. With broad exposure to the US Broker‑Dealer environment, you’ll work across a diverse range of products and business activities while partnering closely with teams in Operations, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Compliance, and Legal. This position offers the opportunity to influence meaningful change, enhance our regulatory risk controls, and deliver high‑quality insights to senior stakeholders and external partners.
To be successful in your role as a Regulatory Operations Analyst, you should have:
Financial services experience
Knowledge of US Regulatory Rules (FINRA, SEC)
Business skills, including intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
Other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge in Data Science desirable
A self‑starter who is comfortable working in a highly dynamic and constantly evolving environment
Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting key deadlines
Detail‑focused with solid problem‑solving and communication skills, and able to work effectively with others

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $64,000.00
Maximum Salary: $87,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
