QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Registered Pharmacist (RPh), with unexpired PRC ID.
Preferably with working experience : at least one (1) year of experience in the related field.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong sense of responsibility. Must work with minimal supervision and direction, resourceful, and can work with under pressure.
Above average computer skills.
Good communication. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
Candidate must be willing to work at Montreal St., E. Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible in coordinating and processing of Initial, Renewal and Amendment registration of
2. Communicates with the principal supplies to request for Technical & Legal document needed for product registration (CED, ISO, Free Sale Certificate, etc.)
3. Application & processing of Clearance for Custom Release (CFCR) for radiation emitting devices
4. Application & processing of Permit to Construct (PTR) in DOH when necessary
5. Responsible for all regulatory matters, the processing and coordinates with FDA, DOH, and PAMDRAP but not limited to Optical Media Board, NTC, PhilGeps, PNP Crame, BFD, and DENR.
