Regulatory Documentation Specialist

Jealott's Hill (Bracknell), UK ---- Full-time

The Role

Are you at the start of your career and looking for a role where you can make a real impact from day one? This could be the perfect first step.

As a Regulatory Documentation Specialist at our Jealott's Hill research centre, you'll join a global team that keeps Syngenta's crop protection portfolio moving - preparing the regulatory certificates and documentation that allow our products to reach farmers in markets worldwide. You don't need years of experience. You need attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to learn. We'll give you everything else.

Jealott's Hill is one of Syngenta's flagship global R&D sites, home to around 800 scientists and specialists. It's a place where early-career professionals build the foundations of long, meaningful careers - in a company that operates in over 100 countries and genuinely invests in its people.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and coordinate regulatory certificates that support global product registrations
  • Help ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant across international markets
  • Gather and structure regulatory information to support decision-making across global teams
  • Work with Regulatory Managers and Supply Chain colleagues to solve country-level documentation challenges
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools and AI-assisted platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Contribute ideas to improve how we manage data, processes, and knowledge digitally

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
Required:

  • A university degree (or equivalent) - any discipline welcome; Life Sciences, Chemistry, Law, Business, or a related field is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your own work
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint); eagerness to explore new digital tools and AI
  • A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with people across different teams and backgrounds

A plus if you have:

  • Any exposure to regulatory, compliance, or documentation work (internship, placement, or academic project counts)
  • Interest in crop protection, sustainability, or the agri-science sector
  • Curiosity about AI tools, automation, or data management

Additional Information

What You'll Get
