Under the direction of the Director of Regulatory Affairs, the Regulatory Data Reviewer and Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining regulatory documentation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. The role supports the creation and upkeep of compliant documentation by reviewing master documents, labeling artworks, and regulatory dossiers for completeness and accuracy. This position also liaises with internal and external IVC teams to address inquiries and provide updates and provides administrative support to the IVC Vita Health Regulatory team. The ability to provide written and verbal communication in French would be highly desired.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities for this position:

· Collects and organizes regulatory information and documents for ingredients, raw materials, manufactured and purchased bulks, and finished products

· Retrieves, interprets and customizes regulatory and technical information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and consistency with internal standards

· Maintains regulatory templates and trackers, keeping current records and historical data available and accurate

· Coordinates with the Quality Compliance and Customer Care teams to address regulatory documentation/information requests. Monitors queries and provides updates as needed

· Assists in the creation and maintenance of master labelling texts for IVC Vita Health’s marketed bulks, ensuring the text is free of errors and inconsistencies, including grammar and spelling

· Assesses completeness and accuracy of labelling artworks and compliance with master copy and internal standards. Provides artwork approvals

· Manages artwork circulation and tracking in Regulatory Affairs Department according to established procedures

· Maintains awareness of Canadian regulatory environment.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

· Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in technical data management, preferably in a GMP regulated environment.

Education, Certification, Licenses & Registrations:

· Bachelor of Science or related degree, or relevant scientific experience

Skills

· Superior attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Fluent in written and spoken English, with a high level of skill in written English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation. Knowledge of French language would be an asset

· Proven ability to stay focused throughout an entire document, which may be long and technical

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Experienced in the creation and maintenance of electronic documents using Microsoft Office. Ability to become skilled in the use of other systems and databases

· Strong collaboration skills and experience working in teams

· Awareness of relevant technical regulatory requirements, such as the Canadian Food & Drug Regulations and Natural Health Products Regulations

Physical Demands:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents and operating office equipment

· Occasional standing, walking, bending or reaching

· Visual acuity required for reading printed materials and viewing a computer screen

· Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone and in writing
