Owns/processes all PEZA-related processes, BIR, and works with our Cebu tax officer as needed for incentives, and compliance with DOH and DOLE.

Specifically, the role is expected to perform the following functions,

• Processing of PEZA application and permits
• Processing of Business License/Permit annual renewal
• Processing shipments and maintaining asset management records for audit compliance
• Display knowledge of laws and regulations, including related tax laws and regulations
• Implement PEZA compliance processes and documentary requirements, including deadlines
• Perform and comply with PEZA reportorial requirements (PEZA monthly and annual reports, TIMTA, supplementary schedules)
• Work with NCR country tax officer to Implement tax laws and regulations applicable to PEZA companies
• Work hand-in-hand with other department (Facilities, Payroll, IT, HR and Operations) for validation, streamlining and compliance
• Processing Travel and Expense (T&E) reimbursements and works closely with local finance
• Serves as Petty Cash Custodian

Requirements

• 2+ years of knowledge and experience with regulatory reporting and compliance, specific to the following government agencies:
  • Philippine Economic Zone Authority
  • Bureau of Internal Revenue
  • Security and Exchange Commission
  • Customs, SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth (working with NCR payroll officer)

• BS Customs Administration or BS Commerce graduate. Relevant experience may suffice.
• Logistics/shipment and PEZA experience is an advantage
