Regulatory Compliance Specialist
(Full-time, 40 hours per week)
As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will work in the Application Group department within our Supply Chain organization. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist manages the regulatory registration document flow from the Nestlé Almere packaging site to support licensing and product registrations for Nestlé Health Science across all export markets. The role establishes efficient ways of working and collaborates with cross‑functional and multi‑market teams to ensure timely, accurate, and complete registration submissions.
This position coordinates dossier preparation with Regulatory teams in the markets, global project teams, and factories, ensuring right‑first‑time documentation. You will also lead regulatory change assessments with receiving markets and support factories on registration‑related questions or change‑control requirements. In addition, the role includes coordinating and liaising with local authorities in the Netherlands to obtain required certificates and regulatory documents.
