About the Role

As aregulatory complianceInformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for thecompliancemarket. You will use yourexpertisein thelegal and regulatorydomain to

• test and drive insights and recommendations to the business, that are critical to creating the best features and products for our customers

• evaluate, enrich, andvalidateregulatory compliancecontent acrossjurisdictions

• ensure content is discoverable, consistent, and fit for purpose for both customers and AI systems.

Reporting to the Manager, Content Enablement & Transformation, this is a fulltime role working within a growing global team focused on modernising regulatory content at scale. This roleisbased in Australia, with flexible working arrangements available.

Responsibilities

•Collaborate withother Content functions,Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to planAI review projects, including draftinginitialprompt sets and ensuring sufficient time for review phases.

• Conduct detailed reviews of AI tool outputs, rate responses, and provide detailed feedback to the data science team for incremental improvements.

• Execute best practices in creating andmaintainingtraining data and relevance evaluations.

• Communicate actionable feedback andprovidecustomer-focused insights.

•Support content migration,enablementand transformation initiatives by mapping legacy content to modernregulatory taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata frameworks

•Identifyenrichment patterns and quality issues, contributing insights to improve taxonomy design, governance, and content strategy

Requirements

• Havecompleted a law degree

• Be competent in advanced legal research and writing

•Minimum 2 yearsdemonstratedexperience working with regulatory, legal, or compliance content

•Handson experience with taxonomy, metadata, content enrichment, or knowledge representationof legal and regulatory information

•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate structured and unstructured content

•Experience working with complex content acrossjurisdictionsor subject areas

•Acustomercentricmindset, with an understanding of how structured content supports practical compliance outcomes

•Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and nontechnical teams

•A naturalproblemsolver, comfortable working in evolving,transformationfocusedenvironments
