  • Ensure transparent reporting on risks, status, and regulatory topics to management
  • Design and deliver training on regulatory and compliance-related processes
Key Qualifications
  • Technical or engineering background (e.g. IT, electronics, aviation) or comparable qualification with a focus on quality, compliance, or regulatory topics
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas:
    - Regulatory affairs or certification (ideally in an EASA-related context)
    - Quality management (e.g. ISO 9001)
    - Process management or governance frameworks
  • Initial audit experience (internal or external) is an advantage
  • Understanding of complex technical systems and development processes
