Drafts and implements policies and guidelines for the shore based operations of PSACC Group of Companies to ensure compliance with the regulations affecting the industry as well as internal policies and procedures
Identifies potential risks of the PSACC Group of Companies and advises on possible solutions to be compliant
Liaises and coordinates with the different regulatory bodies and quasi-judicial bodies with respect to required permits and licenses
Monitors and ensures that licenses and permits for PSACC Group of Companies are in place
Should be up to date with the recent laws, regulations and ordinances affecting the industry and business operations of PSACC Group of Companies and prepare communications to and for key stakeholders, including the President and Board Committees and Board of Directors
Ensures that the required reports are submitted to the regulatory bodies
Represents the Corporation before regulatory bodies if necessary
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any college degree
Ability to prepare a variety of written communications such as reports, testimony, factsheets as well as policies and guidelines
Skill in communicating effectively with all levels of management, boards of directors and staff as well as external individuals and groups.
Ability to work collaboratively across the enterprise.
