
Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Regulatory Change and Regulatory Relations Consultant, you will support the identification, assessment, and coordination of regulatory developments across Vancity and Vancity Investment Bank. You will analyze regulatory changes, translate requirements into actionable guidance, coordinate implementation activities, and support engagement with regulators. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory obligations are effectively understood, communicated, tracked, and implemented across the organization. We are seeking an analytical and collaborative compliance professional who excels at stakeholder engagement, regulatory analysis, and driving coordinated action across business and compliance teams.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance Operations While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $86,400 to $111,800 per annum The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
