Job Description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Regulatory and Proposal Analyst to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:
The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

The Regulatory and Proposal Analyst is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of competitive bidding opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance across applicable programs. This hybrid role involves screening and evaluating RFP opportunities, coordinating internal value assessments, drafting and submitting proposal materials, and tracking key data and deadlines. The incumbent will collaborate across departments to develop strong, compliant submissions while dhering to funding guidelines and internal policies. In addition, this role includes coordination and monitoring of various regulatory requirements to support organizational compliance and minimize risk.

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree Business, Communications, Accounting, or Legal Studies preferred.

Experience:
• 3+ years of relevant experience related to RFP review and analysis
• 3+ years of relevant experience related to proposal drafting and management

• Proven ability to deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within assigned timeframes
• Experience or knowledge of reading and interpreting contracts and contractual clauses
• Energetic, highly driven, passionate, detail-oriented
• Strong project management, organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Data tracking and analysis experience
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Works effectively within a team
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently to complete tasks and collaboratively with others
• Excellent planning skills and ability to effectively manage priorities for self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify key contacts for follow up; excellent ability to communicate project and status updates
• Strong computer skills including Adobe and Microsoft Office suite

Salary Range: $64,050 - $75,000
