About the Role

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Support Supervisor to oversee regulatory project coordination across domestic and international teams. You will manage regional revisions, NPD, reformulations, gap‑filler initiatives, tech transfers, packaging and BOM updates, and agile harmonization activities. This role also leads process improvements, organizes cross‑functional meetings, and manages the RSA team of 10–15 direct reports to ensure timely delivery of key GRA milestones.

In this Role You Will

• Lead and develop the RSA team (10–15 direct reports) and oversee project execution.
• Coordinate regulatory‑related projects across regions and internal departments.
• Streamline processes, improve workflows, and support continuous improvement.
• Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams and regional partners.
• Apply strong knowledge of GRA and Global Licensing processes to guide project delivery.
• Maintain effective communication and alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders.

Our Requirements

• Experience as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist or in a similar regulatory role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage 10–15 direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex information and solve problems independently.
• High adaptability in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse cultures.
• Proficiency with standard PC tools; project management tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, Legal Studies, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
