Position Purpose

To support product lifecycle management activities, including renewals, variations, EAEU dossier compliance projects, new registrations where applicable, and maintenance of registered medicinal products within Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare registration dossiers for new registrations, renewals, and variations in accordance with local regulatory requirements and EAEU regulations.
  • Review and assess documentation included in registration dossiers.
  • Submit applications to health authorities and support regulatory review procedures.
  • Communicate with Global Regulatory Affairs teams and external partners regarding registration activities.
  • Review and approve Marketing Authorizations, SmPCs, PILs, specifications, and packaging artwork.
  • Review and approve packaging materials and patient information leaflets before implementation.
  • Maintain regulatory databases, submission trackers, filing systems, and archives.
  • Participate in the selection and coordination of outsourced regulatory service providers.
  • Support contract review and monitor regulatory fees and related documentation.
  • Monitor changes in local regulatory legislation and EAEU requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and regulatory discussions.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, or a related Life Sciences field.
  • 1-3 or 3-5 years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience .
  • Experience with Uzbekistan and/or Kyrgyzstan regulatory procedures would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of EAEU regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher, including business correspondence and participation in international meetings.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
