Position: Regulatory Affairs Expert 2 (São Paulo – Faria Lima)

Location: São Paulo – Faria Lima, Brazil

As a Regulatory Affairs Expert 2, you will support shape the future of animal nutrition by leading regulatory strategies that support product approvals and compliance across the region.

In this role, you will work closely with authorities, industry associations, and internal teams to secure market access, manage regulatory risks, and enable the successful commercialization of innovative feed solutions.

This position is part of the Solutions (SolCo) business within the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) division. SolCo is one of the two independent entities that will be established following the divestment of the ANH business to CVC Capital Partners

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product registration renewal timelines and manage regulatory procedures for new product registrations, as well as amendments to existing registrations with national and international regulatory authorities.
• Maintain and communicate Regulatory Affairs updates and requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Represent the company before national and international regulatory authorities and government agencies, obtaining and sharing regulatory intelligence while participating in technical and regulatory discussions.
• Provide regulatory support to key business functions, including Innovation, Marketing, Sales, Formulation, Supply Chain, Import, and Export.
• Contribute to and lead Regulatory Affairs projects involving formula changes, manufacturing site transfers, and new product launches.
• Coordinate and execute regional regulatory strategies for product approvals across Latin America, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial priorities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Agronomy, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the animal nutrition, animal feed, or feed additives industry.
• Intermediate proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with regulatory authorities and government agencies.
• Proactive mindset with excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
