Position Summary

This role is responsible for the operational execution of regulatory processes to ensure cosmetics and other non-cosmetic products commercialized by the company comply with applicable local regulations and internal requirements.

The role covers product compliance, cosmetic notification, labeling, claims review, customs-related support, environmental reporting, regulatory documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to enable compliant business operations.

Job Description

This position reports to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory affairs activities for Vietnam across cosmetics and other non-cosmetic products handled by the company.
  • Prepare, submit, maintain, and archive cosmetic product notifications and related regulatory documentation in accordance with Vietnam regulations.
  • Ensure regulatory dossiers and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Generate content of product sublabels, to ensure compliance with Vietnam regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse and relevant internal stakeholders on supplementary label preparation and implementation.
  • Support the review of marketing claims, promotional materials, and product communication content to ensure alignment with Vietnam legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with EPR / environmental reporting and other local regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Support customs-related regulatory documentation and respond to internal requests related to importation and product compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory records and trackers, and ensure timely follow-up on key deadlines and action items.
  • Support any other day-to-day regulatory affairs activities required to ensure compliant and efficient business operations in Vietnam.
  • Assist in preparing responses to regulatory questions, audits, inspections, and requests from government authorities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Regional Regulatory Affairs teams to support product launches and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs or in related functions such as Quality, R&D, Compliance, or other related fields.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous with high level of accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
