Shape regulatory frameworks and safeguard patient safety across one of the world's most dynamic healthcare markets. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of bringing innovative therapies to patients while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Your new role

As Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance Lead, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our life-changing treatments reach patients safely and efficiently across Singapore and the region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading regulatory submissions, clinical trial applications, and marketing authorisations for new and existing products
  • Overseeing pharmacovigilance activities including collection, analysis, and reporting of adverse event data to safeguard patient safety
  • Engaging directly with health authorities and policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks and drive advocacy projects
  • Monitoring safety data for marketed and investigational products, identifying emerging safety signals and implementing responses
  • Managing product safety issues with precision, including coordinating recall processes when necessary
  • Acting as Novo Nordisk's primary representative in regulatory dialogues and negotiations with health authorities

This team works seamlessly together to navigate Singapore's progressive yet rigorous regulatory environment, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy. As a key member of this team, you'll work alongside medical affairs colleagues who translate clinical evidence into real-world impact, while partnering with regulatory and safety experts who share your commitment to patient wellbeing. Together, you'll shape the future of healthcare in one of Asia's most influential markets.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for someone with a sharp regulatory mind and an unwavering commitment to patient safety. You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degrees such as PhD or PharmD strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Proven expertise in regulatory submissions, safety data analysis, and compliance with global health authority requirements while maintaining the highest ethical standards in all aspects.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks with particular knowledge of Singapore and regional requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong strategic communication skills for engaging with health authorities and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex safety data and generate actionable insights with unwavering focus on patient safety
