In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering compliance and automated enforcement services in the Road Safety Regulation Branch, you will provide high-level program and project support to the business unit.

This role will see you support program operations by coordinating cross-functional meetings, training sessions, and travel logistics for project teams, ensuring alignment with program timelines and priorities

You will coordinate approvals, support procurement and finance related activities and triage the inbox for all government services ensuring the efficient coordination of activities across the unit on behalf of the Director, including diary management in a high-volume environment exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality in handling critical and sensitive information.

Please note that there is one role is based in Parramatta and the other in Grafton.

About you

Your superior organisation and communication skills formed while working within a large complex organisation or the government sector will see you equipped to take on this busy role with lots of variety. You will bring your ability to multitask and react as circumstance change to ensure that outcomes are met. You're recognised as a versatile professional, skilled at coordinating and organising all forms of administrative tasks and people, your previous experience in an executive assistant or business manager role where you have had to be very hands-on is highly valued.
