主要职责

1.Support Veterinary Officer in completing horse inspection related to CBHM, ensuring timely and efficient completion of inspection processes and compliance with all regulatory and biosecurity requirements.协助兽医主任完成跨境运马（CBHM）相关马匹检查工作，确保检查工作及时、高效完成，并符合相关监管及生物安全要求。

• Accompany Customs and other authorities’ officers during horse inspections.陪同监管机构人员进行马匹检查工作
• Handle individual horses as needed to facilitate official photography and official inspection.按需要协助控制及处理个别马匹，以配合官方拍照及其他检查工作。

1. Provide operational support for CRC race days, grandstand activities and CETS operations. Ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery of race-day and other horse activities. 为从化马场赛马日、看台活动及吕田项目（CETS）运作提供营运支援，确保赛马日及其他马匹相关活动顺利、有序及持续开展。

• Accompany customs and agricultural officials, carry out relevant inspections and supervision work during horse racing days by their requirements.陪同海关及农业工作人员并根据他们提出的要求，执行赛马日的相关检查及监管工作。
• Provide on-the-spot answers and liaison with CRC Vet Officers with queries raised by government officials.即时回应海关、农业及其他政府工作人员提出的查询，并与从化马场兽医主任协调跟进，确保相关营运及监管事项得到及时处理。
• Act as the contact person with authorities on CETS operations.作为吕田项目（CETS）运作相关事宜与有关部门沟通的协调联络人。

3.Support department administrative work.为部门提供行政支援

• Prepare inspection horses list, horse health weekly reports, apply or renew company certificates and premises, etc.准备马匹检查清单，马匹健康周报表，申请或者更新各种公司证照等。
• Provide horses’ data and information required by authorities.提供政府部门要求的马匹数据和信息。
• Check all materials that need to be submitted to authorities in order to ensure compliance, including but not limited to HMCUS, MARA website.检查和审核所有需要提交给政府部门的资料，确保合规，包括但不限于HMCUS，广州智慧畜牧兽医信息平台。
• Actively propose relevant company system enhancement suggestions based on authorities’ requirements and operation needs.结合政府部门要求和业务需要，积极提出公司相关系统的改进意见。
• Answering phone calls and divert messages to relevant person in-charge, when both Veterinary Officers and other colleagues are not in the office.在兽医主任及其他同事不在办公室时，接听来电并向相关负责人转达信息，确保沟通顺畅及日常运作持续进行。
• Undertake other administrative activities as required to ensure smooth coordination and communication between CRC and related authorities.按需要执行行政工作，确保从化马场与相关监管部门之间保持顺畅的协调、沟通及信息交流。

1. Conscientiously and actively complete the work tasks assigned by Supervisors.认真、积极地完成上级交办的各项工作任务。

教育程度

Possess a recognized university degree in Veterinary Medicine or an equivalent or higher qualification.

持有兽医专业的大学学位或以上学历。

资格证书

经历

• Have practical experience working with horses or liaising with government authorities. 具备马匹相关工作经验，或能有效与政府部门及监管机构建立及维持工作关系。
• Familiar with MS office software applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel & Word). 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件（尤其是 Excel 和 Word，PowerPoint）。
• Driver’s license. 持有C1或以上汽车驾驶证。
• Have a valid Veterinary Practice Certificate preferred 持有有效的执业兽医证书者优先
• Excellent oral and written English skills is preferable, fluent Cantonese is an advantage. 具备优秀的英语书写及口语能力者优先考虑，粤语流利者更佳。
