The Regular Giving Coordinator role is permanent, full-time and is responsible for the successful coordination and implementation of Vinnies Regular Giving program. You will report to the Direct Marketing Manager and will collaborate with internal stakeholders for the efficient delivery of the Regular Giving Program. Your background in fundraising, particularly Regular Giving, will be highly advantageous in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong strategic thinking skills and would like to make a meaningful contribution to the community.

Your Responsibility

  • Develop, drive and implement initiatives to strengthen and grow our regular giving donor base
  • Support regular giving donor acquisition, engagement, and retention programs
  • Build engaging donor journeys to welcome, steward, retain, and engage regular donors
  • Develop and coordinate the upgrade, retention, and reactivation programs for Regular Giving with a key focus on minimizing attrition
  • Effectively manage all data requirements and collaborate with the Fundraising Data Insights team to set performance benchmarks and targets.

You Will Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of fundraising and individual giving experience, preferably in regular giving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in using CRM databases, preferably MS Dynamics 365 or similar

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
