We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team in Lidcombe. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced automotive group, with ongoing training and development opportunities available to help grow your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Registering, transferring, and processing CTP insurance for new and used retail and fleet vehicles through the NSW DVRS system
• Operating within the DOL portal and related registration systems
• Liaising with Service NSW and the Dealer Business Registry as required
• Managing registration documentation accurately and efficiently
• Supporting internal departments and external customers with registration enquiries
• Ensuring all transactions are completed within required timeframes and compliance standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience in a Registration Clerk role or a position involving vehicle registrations (preferred)
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
• Possess excellent communication and time management skills
• Hold a current NSW Driver Licence
